Sarah Lee Sullivan is a master’s-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern who works with children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical experience includes supporting youth through family changes, emotional regulation, and school-related stressors. She also supports adults facing relationship concerns, life transitions, and other personal or professional challenges.
Sarah uses an integrative approach that draws from relational therapy, CBT/REBT, DBT skills, and strengths-based practices. With children, she incorporates play and developmentally appropriate activities to support expression, connection, and skill building. Sarah considers the broader context of a client’s life, including relationships, environment, values, and lived experience, while helping clients identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical strategies for change.
Before entering the counseling field, Sarah built a career in finance and nonprofit leadership. That experience informs her understanding of systems, workplace dynamics, leadership, and the pressures that often come with high-responsibility roles. She brings both clinical and professional experience into her work with clients seeking greater clarity, resilience, and a more sustainable way forward.
