These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps in identifying and changing negative thought patterns; Reality Therapy, which focuses on personal responsibility and making choices that lead to fulfilling lives; and Solution-Focused Therapy, which emphasizes building solutions rather than dwelling on problems. Additionally, I incorporate Attachment and Commitment Therapy to address emotional connections and commitments, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help manage intense emotions and improve interpersonal relationships. Recognizing that family dynamics can significantly impact relationships and individual well-being, I incorporate elements of Structural and Systemic family therapy, Reality Therapy, and Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT). Furthermore, I employ Sensory-Based Interventions and self-regulation techniques grounded in mindfulness to assist clients in managing stress and achieving emotional balance.
