Jessica believes that finding the right therapist, one with whom a person can feel fully safe, is one of the best ways to successfully navigate and heal from the challenges and pain that arise in life. She recognizes that you are the expert on your own life and can help you identify the plans, tools, and strategies that best support you in your healing. For younger clients, Jessica knows how important finding safety and learning healthy coping mechanisms can be to enable them to overcome the challenges they have encountered early in life.

With her history of supporting people in the midst of traumatic events caused by violence, economic upheaval, and relationship difficulties Jessica has helped people through some of the most difficult times in their lives. She believes that helping people discover and nurture the strength and resilience that reside within them is one of the first steps toward rebuilding a life filled with safety, joy, and meaning.

Jessica has found that taking a holistic approach to wellness leads to better life satisfaction. She is a partner to help improve the mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and social spheres of clients’ lives. Through therapy, Jessica seeks not only to help you heal from the past, but to build a present life with new protective factors and tools that can equip you for future challenges.
