Jeannine Wilkinson, LMSW

Jeannine is a virtual mental health therapist with a passion for supporting teens, adolescents, young adults, and women. With over eight years of experience in school settings and more than fifteen years of overall therapeutic practice, she specializes in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional impairments, and impulse control issues.

Using a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and a holistic approach, Jeannine creates a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their emotions, build coping skills, and heal in mind, body, and spirit. While she primarily works one-on-one with clients, she also incorporates family members into sessions when beneficial. Confidentiality and trust are the foundation of her practice.

Originally from Michigan, Jeannine earned her Master’s degree from Michigan State University and has worked as a medical social worker, school social worker, and therapist. Her therapeutic approach includes mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and spiritual healing, helping clients tap into their inner strength and resilience.

Outside of her work, Jeannine enjoys traveling, being in nature, spending time with loved ones, and caring for her dogs. She believes in the power of positivity and is deeply committed to helping her clients grow, heal, and thrive.
