
Carly is a clinical intern passionate about helping individuals find their footing in the world while building stability, resilience, and a sense of purpose. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ferris State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Michigan.
Carly has experience working with individuals across the lifespan who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions. She approaches her work from a trauma-informed lens, creating a safe and collaborative space where clients feel empowered.
As an EMDR-trained clinician, Carly integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) alongside evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. She brings a fresh, open, and positive presence to the therapy space, while centering her client’s unique experiences and goals while supporting meaningful, lasting change.
