Caitlin is compassionate and dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals, bringing years of experience in helping clients navigate life transitions, substance use challenges, and trauma recovery. With a holistic approach to mental health, Caitlin believes in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—by integrating evidence-based practices with mindfulness and self-compassion techniques.

Caitlin specializes in working with individuals undergoing significant life changes, whether it’s career shifts, relationship challenges, or personal growth journeys. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, Caitlin empowers clients to explore their strengths and cultivate resilience, allowing them to thrive in the face of challenges.

In addition to life transitions, Caitlin has extensive experience in addressing substance use concerns, providing clients with the tools and strategies needed to achieve lasting recovery. Caitlin’s strength-based interventions focus on identifying and building on existing strengths, promoting self-compassion and hope.

With a trauma-informed lens, Caitlin understands the profound impact of past experiences on present well-being. Using a combination of therapeutic modalities, Caitlin helps clients process their trauma and move toward healing and empowerment.

When not in session, Caitlin enjoys hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with family, believing that self-care is essential for both therapists and clients alike. Caitlin is committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward wholeness and fulfillment, one step at a time.
