Robin Roche, LPC

Robin utilizes her compassionate and creative nature to help clients move towards the
growth and contentment they seek. She has experience working with clients across the
lifespan in community mental health, university, and school settings. Robin conducts
therapy with children, adolescents, and adults.

Robin specializes in working with clients dealing with stress, striving to find balance
amidst a life transition, or processing trauma. She also works with therapists who are
early in their careers and educators managing vicarious trauma and overwhelm. Using a
collaborative approach, she will help you develop goals and coping skills that can
support you through challenging times. Robin is honored to join you on your journey as
you uncover your strengths and tap into your internal guidance.

Robin’s approach is grounded in evidence-based practices including Trauma Focused
Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior
Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. She also has training
in play therapy, sand tray, art, and nature-based interventions. She infuses mindfulness
into her work and draws on her experience as a yoga teacher and wilderness trip leader
to inform her practice. Robin graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in
Environmental Studies and University of Colorado with a Masters in Counseling
Psychology and Counselor Education. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a
National Certified Counselor with more than a decade of clinical experience. Robin
knows that counseling takes courage and she is ready to support you and hold hope for
you as you navigate life’s challenges.
