Caitlin is a compassionate therapist who guides clients through life’s transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum adjustments, career changes, relationship shifts, and other personal challenges. She specializes in supporting postpartum mothers and fathers, as well as individuals experiencing depression and anxiety symptoms. Caitlin also works with clients on setting life goals, building effective coping skills, and helping them find joy in their lives.
Taking a holistic approach to mental health, Caitlin integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which focuses on building emotional regulation skills. She also incorporates person-centered techniques, mindfulness, and self-compassion strategies to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while fostering resilience and hope.
By providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, Caitlin empowers clients to better understand themselves, navigate challenges with resilience, and create meaningful changes in their lives. Whether someone is facing persistent mood symptoms, managing stress, or seeking personal growth, Caitlin is committed to walking alongside them on their journey toward improved mental health and greater life satisfaction.
Caitlin earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Outside of session, she enjoys hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family—valuing self-care as an essential part of wellness for both clients and therapists. She is committed to walking alongside clients on their path toward wholeness and fulfillment.
